• Laurence holds a Master of Intellectual Property (Paris I University) and a Master in Business Law (Paris V University).

• She was admitted to the Paris Bar in the year 1991.


Laurence began practicing as a lawyer specialising in Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation at Renaud CATHALA’s law firm. Thereafter she moved to the Cabinet BH & Associés heading the litigation department and specialising mainly in contracts law.

Since 2003, her activity is exclusively dedicated to Labour Law.

She was head of Labour and Employment at the KAB law firm from 2010 to 2012.

Laurence joined DIAMETIS in 2013.


Laurence is also highly involved with regulatory and representative bodies of the legal profession.

She is a board member of the Conseil de l’Ordre of the Paris Bar (2014-2016), and former member of the French National Bar Council (2009-2012).

She is still one of the experts on the French National Bar Council (legal texts commission) as well as standing member of the Union des Jeunes Avocats(UJA) of Paris and honorary member of the Fédération Nationale de l’Union des Jeunes Avocats(FNUJA).


Laurence has acquired more than ten years expertise in labour and employment law, developed with companies mainly from the field of new technologies, biotechnology, public works and hotels.


She assists and advises human resources directors in their decision-making and helps companies manage individual and collective social relations (drafting employment contracts, company internal rules, working time agreements, remuneration policy, IT charter, employee saving plans, layoffs, etc.). 


She also assists companies in labour dispute prevention and resolution (negotiation, assistance and representation before all relevant jurisdictions).

Laurence also offers training to prevent legal risks and customised audits of small and 

medium businesses and companies. Lastly, she aids senior executives in connection with the negotiation of their departures.
